About you:
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Data Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role by shaping data solutions for brands such as Agradi, Stoov and Mastertools. As a Data Engineer, you will be at the forefront of advising, migrating, and optimizing data for our clients.
Our engineering team is a critical part of our mission to build top-notch e-commerce experiences for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional team members like front-enders, back-enders and solution engineers to build and enhance data pipelines, ensure data accuracy, and optimize data models for various e-commerce platforms, including Shopify.
About the role:
Your role as a Data Engineer at Code is dynamic and spans four key areas:
1. Data Migration Execution: You'll be responsible for planning and executing data migrations to the Shopify platform. This involves extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources into Shopify to ensure a smooth transition.
2. Data Model Advisory and Optimization: Evaluating and optimizing data models to ensure they meet performance and scalability requirements is right up your alley. Your recommendations will drive improvements and adjustments to the data architecture.
3. PIM System Management: You will manage PIM systems, including Akeneo, for our clients. This includes configuring, maintaining, and optimizing these systems to efficiently manage and synchronize product information with the Shopify platform.
4. Client Advisory: You will provide clients with expert advice on best practices and strategies related to data migrations to the Shopify platform. You'll work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
